Both good and bad. Good that i always have some obscure spice called for in a recipe. Bad that I have so many and the are difficult to organize. UNTIL NOW! You really need to check out Table Fare's Spice Care system. they aren't cheap but they are the most functional, organized, creative, effective I've found.
